Coaching Questions:

Q: I've paid for a coaching package. How long before you contact me to schedule a date and time?

Q: I've bought three calls. How do we schedule those?

Q: Do I have to schedule the calls on the same day and time each week?

Q: I've scheduled an individual coaching session, but something's come up and now I can't make it. Can I reschedule?

Q: You say that you use Skype to manage coaching calls. Do I need to get a Skype account to participate?

Q: Coaching calls include a lot of personal information. Who will have access to the call recordings?

Q: Do you do psychic readings? Can you tell me my future?

Coaching Questions:

Q: I've paid for a coaching package. How long before you contact me to schedule a date and time?

A: I will contact you ASAP, but always within 48 hours.

Q: I've bought three calls. How do we schedule those?

A: You can schedule your calls as you want or need to use them. I have clients that I speak to once a week, or once a month. Some use three sessions in quick succession and others space them out over time. You have 90 days to use up any coaching packages you've purchased. Scheduling will be subject to my availability, of course.

Q: Do I have to schedule the calls on the same day and time each week?

A: No. You can schedule them whenever you like, as long as I'm available.

Q: I've scheduled an individual coaching session, but something's come up and now I can't make it. Can I reschedule?

A: I understand that sometimes emergencies happen. If you contact me at least 24 hours before the call, we can reschedule that call as it fits into both of our schedules. If notification does not happen within 24 hours, I will not be able to reschedule and you will simply lose that call.

Q: You say that you use Skype to manage coaching calls. Do I need to get a Skype account to participate?

A: You do NOT have to have a Skype account to participate in coaching calls (Individual or group coaching). I will call you, and I will dial you into the group call. I can call you either on Skype (if you have an account and prefer this option) or on your land line. I will contact you and ask you for the number before the time of the call.

Q: Coaching calls include a lot of personal information. Who will have access to the call recordings?

A: Individual coaching sessions: Only you will have access to your call recordings.

Group coaching: Call recordings will only be made available to the other members in that particular group. For example, if six people signed up for a group starting February 2nd, they will all have access to the recordings of those 3 sessions. If that same group gets new members in March, those new members will NOT have access to the recordings from February.

Q: Do you do psychic readings? Can you tell me my future?

A: While I do connect with your energy and can often "read" your issues, I cannot tell you your future. People who offer this service are only able to tap into the possibility that you are MOST aligned with at this moment. Your future is not set in stone, and each decision you make, each thought you think, will alter your future. You decide what your future will be. What's important is what you do and how you feel RIGHT NOW.

Q: What exactly do you do during a coaching session?

A: I basically do two things: I raise my own energy to a very high level, and focus that energy to your higher self. This activates the vibration of Who You Really Are, making it easier for you to raise your own vibration and find the clarity you need. I basically activate the best part of you.

I then act as a bridge between where you currently are and where that best part of you is, so you can find your way there more easily. I do this by intuitively asking you very specific and tailored questions and detecting patterns and helping you to reach better feeling thoughts. Exactly what I say depends entirely on who you are, where you are, where you want to go and what you're ready to release. I work with your higher self, if you will, to help you find your way back to who you really are.

You encourage us to ask questions about the Law of Attraction. How does this differ from your email coaching?

Questions about the workings of LOA, even as they pertain to your own life, are free. Ask away. If, however, you need help with releasing negative beliefs in your life, but can't or don't want to engage in phone coaching, then the email coaching option is open to you.

For example: "Is it possible to win the lottery using LOA?" would get you a free answer.

"I'm poor and I want to be rich. Can you help me?" is a situation that would require coaching.

If you're not sure if your question qualifies for a free answer, just ask me.

Questions about Payment options:

Q: Who is your payment processor and is it secure?

A: My payment processor is Paypal. They are one of the most trusted payment processors on the internet today. Your details are completely secure. When you check out, you will be taken to a page hosted by PayPal. I will never even see your payment or credit card details, much less store them.

Q: Do I have to have a Paypal account in order to purchase a coaching package?

A: No, you don't have to have a PayPal account. When you check out, you'll be taken to a secure page, where you can EITHER log into PayPal, OR you can simply enter your credit card details.

Q: What currency are your prices in?

A: All prices are listed in US Dollars.

Q: I'm not in the US. Can I pay in my own currency?

A: You can pay in any currency which PayPal supports. You can view a list of supported currencies HERE.

Q: I use my internet at work and can't use my credit card over that account. Do you have another payment option?

A: Yes. I now have the ability to accept credit card payments over the phone or by email. Please contact me to find out more. Please note that a valid credit card is still required.
